To request Datasources, please follow these steps:
For Microsoft Access Databases
Upload you database to our default 'db' folder
Login to your helm control panel, Click Domains --> (your domain) --> ODBC DSNs --> add new and follow the directions based on your database type.
After finishing that step, log in to http://www.dotcomhosting.co.nz/update.cfm --> add services --> add your DSN so it can be verified.
For MySQL
Login to your helm control panel, Click Domains --> (your domain) --> Click on Database Manager --> Add New --> Enter Database name and save--> click on add new user-->enter a user name and password--> then go back to your main panel under domains --> click obdc’s --> select MySQL --> Enter datasource name.
After finishing that step, log in to http://www.dotcom.co.nz/wlg/update.cfm --> add services --> add your DSN putting MySQL for file location, database name, enter the user name and password you created in the database manager and submit so it can be verified.
